"Hopeful that Iran and the US will continue negotiations": Ishaq Dar

During a press briefing in Islamabad, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar expressed his gratitude to the delegations of the United States and Iran for participating in the negotiation process. He stated that both countries responded positively to the Prime Minister's request. The American delegation, led by Vice President J.D. Vance, arrived in Pakistan, while the Iranian delegation, led by Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, participated in the talks.

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar remarked:

"We hope that both parties will continue the negotiations. Pakistan will continue to play its role as a facilitator in the dialogue process between the two countries. We hope that both nations move forward with a positive mindset for sustainable peace and prosperity in the region and the world."
